Delivery and order tracking

With some exceptions, orders placed before 11:30 am are shipped the same day (except on weekends . Orders placed after 11.45am will be dispatched the next working day.

Then, the delivery time varies according to the carrier and the geographical area:

Colissimo Relay Point (France): 2 to 5 working days
Colissimo Home (France): 2 to 5 working days
TNT (France): 1 to 2 working days
Colissimo International (Europe): 5 to 15 working days
Colissimo International (Outside Europe) : 10 to 15 working days)
