In order for us to process your request efficiently, please do not forget to attach photos of the line, as well as photos of the barcode at the bottom of the cardboard box.

Warning, with the situation linked to Covid-19, any customer who notices a defective product has a delay of complaint with our customer service of 48 to 72 hours after reception. Once this period has passed, The Line has the right not to respond favorably to the customer request.
